Petralight is a lightweight, rigid stone wool insulation board from Petralana, specially designed for thermal, acoustic, and fire protection in residential and commercial buildings. With a declared thermal conductivity of λD ≤ 0.035 W/(m·K) and non-combustible A1 fire class, it provides excellent insulation performance while remaining easy to handle and cut on site. The board is hydrophobic, vapour-permeable (μ = 1), and effectively eliminates thermal bridges when installed between rafters, in timber-frame walls, pitched roofs, floors, or ceilings. Available in thicknesses from 40 to 240 mm, Petralight is a reliable, eco-friendly choice for energy-efficient construction in Poland, Ireland, the UK, and many other markets.
